Hosting your gathering at Ikal is a stress-free process. We can take care of all your logistics and transportation needs. Group or private transfers from Airports and other points can be priced and arranged by request.
For us, Community is the New Teacher. We hold the space for individuals from many walks of life, practices, or beliefs to come together and learn from each other.
We acknowledge and respect the cultural and spiritual legacy of this land as well as other practices.
Our Elders and facilitators can guide a ceremony or sound healing at Tara Stupa or a temazcal, cacao ceremony, meditation, private yoga practices and many more experiences on our beautiful sites. Please contact us for group pricing and booking those ceremonies that complement your gathering.

3. We’ll be happy to help your attendees register and help you assign rooms. We’ll ensure you have all the rooms you need during this process.
4. Our expert consultants will help you design the best schedule, including enriching experiences and meals.
5. We will help you with the pre-arrival coordination.

With more than 15 paid guests, 1 basic room in the property of your liking will be complimentary for the event lead. Should you want a higher category room type, we would only charge for the upgrade.

With more than 25 paid guests, 2 rooms will be complimentary for the event leaders, same terms around the room category apply.
C.
All rates disclosed for events include 2 daily meals, use of the yoga shala, cleaning, and a minimum daily service fee for our staff.
